O God, who inflamed Blessed Maurice with apostolic zeal and made him a courageous martyr of the faith to bring the light of the Gospel to the peoples of China and Tibet; we beseech you to grant us, through his merits and intercession, that we too may be true witnesses of the Gospel and one day share in his glory in heaven. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who reigns with you and the Holy Spirit for ever and ever. Amen.

- Prior to the missionary month
Our Father, Thy only begotten Son Christ risen from the dead; from the dead has given us the mandate to go and make disciples of all peoples. You remind us that through baptism we all share in the mission of the Church. Through the gifts of Your Holy Spirit, grant us the grace to bear witness to the Gospel, courageously and ardently, so that the mission entrusted to the Church still far from being fulfilled, can find new and effective expressions that bring life and light to the world.
Help us to ensure that all peoples and all persons may encounter the saving love and mercy of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our God, who lives and reigns with You, in the unity of the Holy Spirit, today and for ever and ever. Amen.
- Oration to the Blessed:

Lord, You have laid Your hand upon us and You are leading us. You are alive today in Your Church, You are present in our families and parishes. Make us grow the desire to know You. Lead us to a true conversion of heart. Give a new missionary our dioceses. May our families be homes of prayer and forgiveness. May peace and joy reign in our homes. Through the intercession of Blessed of Blessed Maurice and all the holy missionaries, keep us from all discouragement and make us believe in your victory in all things. Amen.
